Our agency has been established since the last century. The first office we opened was in Bricquebec, then a second one in Saint Sauveur Le Vicomte. Why these towns? Simply because we love these nice towns and their hilly surroundings! Here, life is varied and yet still rural!

Before buying, you will probably want advice about the area. We have spent our life’s in the Cherbourg Peninsula. We can tell you that we know it by heart. We know the disadvantages and the advantages of each area.

Notice that we are at less than 30 minutes from Cherbourg (and the ferry port), 15 minutes from the golden sandy beaches of Carteret and Portbail.
